All the great BBC crime drama and our #ABCTV serves up a repeat of a repeat of a repeat of Midsomer Murders. Who can’t recite them by heart? #Australia #Entertainment

Look, I won’t lie, there’s no way I’m staying up for this…
But Veruca Salt are programming Rage tonight and that’s pretty cool.

really looking forward to the final two episodes of Vera (ABC). Honestly I think I have watched some episodes 5 times. #abctv
Day 15 =>
“#BarrieCassidy and #TonyBarry examine #PeterDutton’s surprise backflip on his work-from-home policy, and ask: what can the #Coalition do to recover from a bad week? And can they limit the damage quickly?”
Remember when you could get the weekly catchup and analysis (however flawed) of Australian political goings on? It was call “Insiders” and would be aired on the ABC on Sunday mornings. The show transmuted into #Binsiders when Barry left.
Barry has a podcast thats released every Saturday.

"I Think I Love You" is a song by #TonyRomeo, written as the debut #single for fictional musical TV family #thePartridgeFamily. It was released in August 1970, a month prior to the debut of the #ABCTV musical sitcom The Partridge Family starring #ShirleyJones and featuring #DavidCassidy, both of whom appear on the record, with Cassidy as lead vocalist. The single topped #Billboard's #Hot100 for three weeks in November and December 1970.

A variation on a theme this week - #HowTo #safely #report #facts - i.e. #leak / #whistleblow - to #journalists
First up, an #article which crossed my path today, which prompted the idea https://www.niemanlab.org/2025/04/how-to-leak-to-a-journalist/
And to add to that some #links for some other available methods (with thanks to @phocks for assistance with finding the links)

Heartwarming, for this South Australian, to see Sir David Attenborough describing #Spriggina on #ABCTV #FirstLife
This #fossil is named for Reg Sprigg who founded one of our favourite places - #Arkaroola wilderness sanctuary #SouthAustralia

Not quite sure what it is, but there’s something hugely comforting about the cheesiness of #abctv concerts.
Settling in to enjoy an evening of Aussie music on the 50 years of Countdown special, followed by a Midnight oil doco (and Rage, if this 40 year old can stay awake that long!)
I can’t see that this adds anything to the story that was completely reported in 2013. None of the explanations make sense. #abctv https://www.abc.net.au/news/2024-09-23/prisoner-x-documentary-ben-zygier/104303056?utm_source=abc_news_app&utm_medium=content_shared&utm_campaign=abc_news_app&utm_content=other
Not only did both #ABCTV talking heads keep addressing 'President Trump'—a non-existent person—David Muir started it by saying that 'President Trump' won in 2020. They really live in an alternative universe, donʼt they?
Why is the #ABCTV person referring to Mangolini as 'President Trump'? She did it twice in a minute. There is no such person.
