Verdict: Thinly sliced and fried, the #FiggyPudding flavour of @SPAMbrand reminds me of when we coat a ham in mustard and crushed ginger snaps prior to baking for Christmas julbord. More cinnamon, ginger, mace, nutmeg, and cloves. I think it would make decent #musubi. #newfoodtesting

This is a #hawaiian thing, a variation on Japanese #onigiri that originated during wartime. Sushi rice, wrapped in #nori with any number of creative fillings and sauces.
