It seems to me that a lot of people who feel stuck in their job and want to escape to a better time, like the manufactured 50s, should try hygge before completely upending their life.
Hygge is often about informal time together with family, close friends, or by yourself. Typically, the setting is at home or another quiet location, or perhaps a picnic during the summer months.
I finally encountered it in the wild. A #rest#api that returns the error code in the body. Not going to say which api, but for the love of fuck don't do this!
"The accompanying diagram is intended to help you quickly decide how to document an API, but particularly a REST API. The first split is just to make sure you are looking for the right kind of API.
Here is some more context to help you decide on an approach and get started."
Happy Sabbath! 2 Thessalonians 1:3 – “We ought always to thank God . . . because your faith is growing more, and the love all of you have for one another is increasing.”
Mitä siitä olisi pitänyt tietää, mutta ei ole tullut ajatelleeksi. Lucas Scripterin tuore artikkeli soveltavan filosofian journaalissa auttaa vähintään ajattelemaan.
Levon ei tarvitse olla suoritus muiden joukossa, vaan spontaani elämän kohokohta ja ilon lähde vailla ulkoista telosta, elvyttävä vapautus kaikista projekteista. Scripterin sanoin, "rest imbues life with meaning by providing conditions for experiencing re-affirmation of the goodness of being alive".

Anybody know of well documented REST APIs? I'm currently working on documentation for mine and feel like it could be better but now sure how haha. Some good examples would be greatly appreciated!
Through vocal prayer—very likely—together with all the people, in the chanting of the psalms. It was an act of submission to God.
But we are obliged to go further if we wish to understand her prayer: we must return to Our Lord.
What was the prayer of Our Lord?
In the solitude and peace of prayer, Our Lord found rest: rest for the senses, rest for the creative faculties—imagination and intellect. Everything turned inward, toward contact with the divinity. The imagination turned toward the center of the soul; the intellect, toward the interior light; the will reached out to the divine anointing.
The hypostatic union was not closer at those moments, but the stilling of his humanity allowed him to feel more deeply the anointing of the divinity.
Proportionally, and without the hypostatic union, it was the same with the prayer of the Virgin.
Blessed Marie-Eugène of the Child Jesus
The Prayer of Mary
Note: Blessed Marie-Eugène of the Child Jesus, a Discalced Carmelite priest and founder of the Secular Institute Notre-Dame de Vie, died in the odor of sanctity on 27 March 1967. We mark the anniversary of his death with this reflection on the Virgin Mary’s prayer.
In the passage above, he refers to the hypostatic union—the mystery of Jesus Christ as one divine Person in whom both divine and human natures are united without confusion or division.
The Compendium of the Catechism of the Catholic Church explains: “The Church calls the mystery of the wonderful union of the divine and human natures in the one divine Person of the Word the ‘Incarnation’… Faith in the Incarnation is a distinctive sign of the Christian faith” (Compendium, 86).
St. John Paul II affirms: “Mary is ‘full of grace,’ because it is precisely in her that the Incarnation of the Word, the hypostatic union of the Son of God with human nature, is accomplished and fulfilled” (Redemptoris Mater, 9).

“Everything turned inward, toward contact with the divinity.”
On the anniversary of his death, we remember Blessed Marie-Eugène, who taught that Mary’s prayer—like Christ’s—was silence and rest, drawing every faculty toward God. No noise, no striving. Just presence.
What would it take for you to rest your whole self in God?
