FBI’s Directorate of Intelligence in 2024 put out an RFI for new #osint tools to monitor social media, and undoubtedly the FBI also has tools and techniques to monitor the #fediverse. As such, I’d suggest users of Mastodon ask their respective server admins what their privacy policy is and how they handle things like emergency requests (warrantless demands) and actual court-ordered warrants. Server admins should be asking their hosting providers the same questions. Don’t let the FBI infringe on your First Amendment rights. #uspol #standupfightback

Just catching up on a few of my goto's. #BrianTylerCohen interview of #JamieRaskin, especially at the 13:00 min mark, on the lack of urgency from the #DemocraticParty over the CR vote saying they've been "slow to figure out how to deal with this fascist assault". Then Raskin calls out Jeffries & Schumer who live in the same neighborhood in NY, asking "where's the plan"?
Maybe calls from constituents is working!
