Had fun watching a robotic arm make me a latte on an espresso machine designed for humans, and create latte art. An interesting exercise, given the existence of simpler super automatic machines.

Meanwhile, the neighbouring trash bin is emptied by human employees.

My #mokapot recipe is 12g coffee, 90g water in a 3 cup moka pot. Ground about 2/3rds of the way between an #espresso and an aeropress. This makes a roughly 72g shot. I find it comparable to a small long black (i.e. a 36g espresso with 36g hot water).

This will suffice until I teardown the Gaggia!

10 ounce white coffee pouch of 1 Oz Coffee SIP THE LIFE coffee beans blend (text reads "Ethiopia & Brazil Blend"). The cover art of the pouch is a sticker with a solid, light-pink background.
