Hey everyone! 🌟 So, I’ve been pondering this rather bold question: What if everyone was naked all the time? Just imagine the world we’d live in! Let’s break it down a bit: Body Positivity on Steroids: 🌈 With no clothes to hide behind, we might become a lot more accepting of different...

We need to talk about the things left unsaid in "polite" spaces - how power, privilege, and oppression shape our world. This piece dives into the unspoken, the uncomfortable, and why we must break the silence. medium.com/@davisjes/the-thing +

Dear Nazis,

You keep saying this, but I don't think you know what it means.

> " You do not belong here. "

You see, the reason why you need to keep creating new accounts so that you can be heard is because you're the ones not wanted here. The reason why many of you could never truly say all your hateful things offline, in the real world, is because you're the ones no one wants to tolerate or put up with.

You do not belong anywhere.

Why is reading erotica still considered taboo for some? It's like the Abilene Paradox—people avoid discussing something many secretly enjoy, assuming others aren't interested. Why not talk about it openly?

Poll:
Would you discuss reading erotica in a casual setting?

❓Why was this for "young girls"?

❓What is meant by "desperate measures" for those over 30?

Re-write this for your culture.

_The Evening Post_, 31 October 1924:
THE KELBURN KIOSK
REVERTING TO CITY
In July next the #Kelburn Kiosk, according to the terms of the 21-years’ lease drawn up between the City Council on whose land (a part of the Botanical Gardens Reserve) the kiosk stands, and the Kelburn and Karori Tramway Company, become the property of the council, of the citizens … at the expiration of the period of 21 years from July, 1904.
It was laid down in the contract … that the company should within two years of the signing of the document, erect buildings of a value of not less than £1200 [ca. $270,000 in 2024]. Whether the kiosk cost approximately £1200 or more in 1904 he could not say, but very obviously it could not be built for anything like £1200 to-day [ca. $150,000]. Another condition was made that the kiosk should not at any time be used for the purpose of holding public #dances and #dancing performances, but, though that condition had been evidently considered reasonable then, he doubted whether a contract drawn up in respect of a similar building to-day would be considered reasonable if it included such a clause.…

Asking non-Autistic folks or knowledgeable Autistic folks: when someone (let's call them Person A) is making fun of someone else's behavior (Person B) behind their back to someone else (Person C), what is the purpose of this? Is Person A trying to confirm if their belief is correct with Person C? Or are they trying to influence Person C? A little of both? A weird need to vent about discomfort while being too scared to call Person B out on it?

This right here, y'all.

If it's right and good and normal and expected for any public restroom to be stocked with toilet paper, soap, and paper towels (and sometimes condoms),
then it is also right and good and should be normal and expected for every public restroom to be stocked with pads and tampons.
